ORDERING
As we're still growing, we have amended in the checkout where we can ship too with past accuracy.
To find out if we ship to your address, please proceed to the checkout section as you would and it'll let you know.
As we expand in the future we'll be working to get other couriers onboard to help serve more customers around the world.
To raise the working capital required for getting our products made, sometimes we will collect customer pre-orders for the factories we work with.
This is your chance to support us by purchasing the products listed and waiting longer then usual to receive your item whilst we work to get them made ASAP.
We will constantly update the customer ETA arrival in the product description so please check if you do feel like it's been awhile.
To gather interest in some products we're working on we'll list these to see how many people would like to be notified via e-mail when it's being released.
With this in mind, if you see "Pre-Notification" in our products listing, don't be alarmed about missing out. We have not opened for pre-orders yet and still seeing if it's worth going forward.
The more people sign up, the more we know to get working and move to collecting pre-orders!
We ship from our Werehouse, which is located in Portland, Oregon USA.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
We can but please message us ASAP HERE, as once the parcel has been shipped out we cannot change the direction of the parcel.
If your order has been shipped and you have put in the wrong address, you can wait until the parcel has been returned to us or contact USPS to help retrieve your parcel.
We would highly recommend using the current address you're at for items that are in stock. Then using the address you will be using in the future for pre-order items.
Please message us ASAP HERE, if you need to change your address. As once the parcel has been shipped out we cannot change the direction of the parcel.
This depends on the shipping service you have selected. Typically within the USA 2- 5 days from dispatch, 7+ days outside the USA.
If you have pre-ordered an item not yet in stock, we can't ship this out just yet until we have it.
However if you have any other items purchased alongside it we'll get on with shipping them to your address right away.
SIZING, FIT AND FEATURES
Each of our products have their own individual sizing guide which can be found to the right on each product page.
When it comes to finding your item in the perfect size, you can refer to each product's accurate size guide on the product page - please ensure you have a tape measure to hand to measure yourself.
If you're in between sizes, we would recommend sizing up. This includes clothes and shoes, e.g. US 9.5 we would recommend US 10 when half sizes aren't available.
Alternatively, you can use the Try On feature, or email our Client Care team: Support@WerewolvesRule.com.
Within your garments there will be a care label with washing instructions and further icons to instruct the best way for each item.
The meaning of each icon can be found HERE.
- SHOES
Hand wash with warm water and dish soap. Gently scrubbing in a circular motion with a toothbrush or similar.
DELIVERY
When your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your order details and reference number.
To find out if we deliver to you, please proceed as you would towards the checkout page. If your country does not show, you can contact our customer service team at Support@WerewolvesRule.com and one of our team can look into this for you.
Please note, there may be some minor delays for international deliveries during this time. All orders can be tracked online via the USPS website.
There will be no additional costs if you’re shipping within the USA. Unfortunately, there may be extra charges if you’re ordering from anywhere else in the world.
For any other destinations, there may be additional charges - you will be able to calculate an approximate cost on these from your local government website.
We ship with USPS domestically within the USA and internationally. As we grow we'll look at expanding our courier providers.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
After purchasing your items, you have 45 days to process your exchange, whilst you have 30 days to return for a full refund. This will start from tracking confirming delivery.
When returning you must ensure that your item is unworn and in its original condition with all the tags attached. Unfortunately, if your item doesn’t meet these conditions then it will be sent back to you at your own cost and no exchange or refund will be issued.
You can exchange or return your item by clicking on the SUPPORT & RETURNS link you will be required to fill out a return form.
Be sure you have your order number to hand, this can be found on your confirmation email that we sent you after you placed your order.
If you have any problems, you can contact our customer service team at Support@WerewolvesRule.com and one of our team can assist you.
Refunds take 3-5 working days after we receive your return. This can vary depending on your payment method or bank.
You can check the status of your return shipment by inserting your tracking number into the USPS website. Once your item has been returned to us, we aim to process your request within 1-2 days.

In the past we have had multiple enquiries from customers but our replies have landed in their spam inbox, or their e-mail inbox was so full no new e-mails could be sent.
GIFTS
Yes, you can get a refund if you purchase using a gift card. The funds will be returned back onto the E-Gift Card for you to use again at a later date.
You have 1 year from issue to use your V-Art gift card.
CAREERS
We’re looking to grow V-Art in the future, especially our warehouse. So if you're located in person around the Portland, Oregon area stay tuned as we post positons in the future.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Furry fandom is a subculture of people interested in anthropomorphic media. More can be learned HERE and HERE.
V-Art is a clothing line created with themes around anthropomorphic media and the Furry fandom.
We've been established officially since 2015, designing clothes since 2005 after starting off with Furry illustration commission work. Since then we have saved up all the money to reinvest back and here we are so far.
Hell yeah! Makes us feel more a part of our community, so by all means go for it.
