WARRANTY POLICY
1-Year Limited Warranty
Effective Date: 01/01/2026
1. Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our footwear, apparel, and accessories.
This 1-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the original purchaser receives the product.
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:
Repair the product;
Replace the product with the same or a substantially similar item;
Issue store credit; or
Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.
This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Products Damaged During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and, where practical, within 14 days of delivery.
To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:
Your order number;
Photographs of the shipping box;
Photographs of the packaging;
The shipping label; and
The damaged product.
Keeping the original packaging until your claim is resolved is helpful but is not required to make a valid warranty claim.
Once the claim has been verified, we will, at no additional cost to you:
Repair the product;
Replace the product; or
Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.
Failure to notify us within 14 days does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
3. Manufacturing Defects and Premature Wear
We recognize that quality products should withstand ordinary use.
During the one-year warranty period, we will repair or replace products that experience premature wear resulting from defects in materials or workmanship, including but not limited to:
Footwear
Sole separation
Stitching failure
Eyelets pulling out due to manufacturing defects
Defective zippers
Hardware failure
Premature adhesive failure
Broken original laces due to manufacturing defects (one replacement)
Apparel
Seam separation
Stitching failure
Snaps, buttons, or zippers failing due to manufacturing defects
Heat-transfer or embroidery defects caused during manufacturing
Fabric defects caused by manufacturing
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal cosmetic aging
Ordinary wear expected through regular use
Dirt, stains, or odors
Sun fading
Damage caused by pets
Cuts, punctures, burns, or abrasions
Accidental damage
Improper washing or drying
Improper storage
Chemical exposure
Mold or mildew
Commercial, industrial, or rental use unless the product is specifically marketed for that purpose
Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than us
Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose
Examples include:
Running in casual fashion shoes
Construction work while wearing non-work footwear
Hiking in footwear not designed for hiking
5. Fair Wear Policy
Products naturally age and wear over time.
Reasonable wear from ordinary use does not automatically qualify for warranty replacement.
When evaluating a warranty claim, we may consider:
Product age;
Frequency of use;
Intended purpose of the product;
Whether reasonable care instructions were followed; and
The overall condition of the product.
Our goal is to distinguish between expected product aging and genuine manufacturing defects.
6. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please provide:
Proof of purchase;
Your order number;
A description of the issue; and
Clear photographs showing the claimed defect.
In some cases, we may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving the claim.
If a claim is approved, we will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with warranty service where required by law or where otherwise stated in this warranty.
7. Replacement Products
Replacement or repaired products do not restart the warranty period.
Any repaired or replacement product remains covered only for the remainder of the original one-year warranty period.
If the original product is no longer available, we may substitute a comparable product of equal or greater value.
8. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny warranty claims involving:
Fraud;
False or misleading information;
Intentional damage;
Product misuse;
Unauthorized modifications or repairs; or
Repeated claims that reasonably indicate abuse of the warranty program.
Nothing in this section limits any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Consumer Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, territory, or country.
For customers in the United States, some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Where those laws apply, portions of this warranty may not apply to you.
For customers in the United Kingdom, nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
This Limited Warranty is intended to provide benefits in addition to, and not instead of, your statutory legal rights.
